CONSENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Access to and use of the services of JReam Vacations and our website is subject to acceptance of these terms and conditions. By accessing, using or obtaining any content, products, or services through our offices or through our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept allof these terms, then please do not use our services or website. These terms and conditions govern the relationship between JReam Vacations and you, the customer. 

RESPONSIBILITY AND DISCLOSURE

JReam Vacations is not the source or supplier of the travel services requested and acts solely as a booking agent for disclosed principal supplier cruise lines, hotels, airlines, air charters, bus companies, ground transportation, tour companies and other independent contractors providing travel services. Each of these companies is an independent entity with its own management and is not subject to the control of JReam Vacations. Because JReam Vacations does not have the right to control the operations of the independent operators and their suppliers, IT IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, which may arise out of these services. JReam Vacations is not responsible for the willful or negligent acts and/or omissions of such suppliers or of any supplier or their respective employees, agents, servants, or representatives, including, without limitation, their failure to deliver or their partial or inadequate delivery of services. Weather conditions, including but not limited to the presence or absence of snow, sunshine, and rainfall are not guaranteed to occur or not occur, and are clearly outside the control of JReam Vacations.

Suppliers are subject to make changes to itineraries, fuel surcharges, and other aspects of the package at their discretion. PRICES ARE NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL. By paying a deposit, you are holding a seat, room, or other service with that supplier, but you are not holding a price until payment has been made in full. 

JReam Vacations reserves the right to treat any booking as canceled if the balance due is not paid on time. As a result of such cancellation, JReam Vacation’s and supplier’s cancellation penalties will apply.

Customers traveling to areas where vaccinations are required are responsible to check medical requirements for wherever you may venture. Required or advised inoculations you decide to obtain upon the advice of your personal physician may need to be administered in a series of doses months ahead of your planned departure, and such time element should be taken into account by you when making deposits and/or nonrefundable payments. Every attempt has been made to include all taxes in your package. In rare instances, certain departure taxes must be paid in cash only, upon departure from a country, and may vary in price. Hotels, car rentals, and other suppliers are subject to place a hold on your credit card for incidental charges. These charges are at the discretion of the supplier and may vary. It is recommended that a credit card be used for these holds and not a debit card.

USE OF JReam Vacations  ACCESS AND INFORMATION FOR TRAVEL BOOKINGS

You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to make travel bookings with JReam Vacations by any means, including our Web site in accordance with all terms and conditions herein. You agree to be financially responsible for all of your travel bookings (as well as for use of your account by others, including, without limitation, minors living with you). You agree to supervise all usage of JReam Vacations communications by minors under your name or account. You also warrant that all information supplied by you or members of your household transacting business with JReam Vacations is true and accurate. Without limitation, any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand is prohibited. You agree that the travel services reservations facilities provided by JReam Vacations shall be used only to make legitimate reservations or purchases for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act.

Separate supplier terms and conditions will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services that you select. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by JReam Vacations and any supplier with whom you elect to deal, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the supplier’s rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services. You understand that any violation of any such supplier’s conditions of purchase may result in cancellation of your reservation(s) or purchase, in your being denied access to any flights, hotels, cruises, or automobiles, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s) or purchase, and in JReam Vacations debiting your account for any costs JReam Vacations incurs as a result of such violation. You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of your travel bookings through access provided by JReam Vacations.

LIMITATIONS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND DISCLOSURE

JReam Vacations acts solely as a booking agent for disclosed principal supplier cruise lines, hotels, airlines, air charters, bus companies, ground transportation, boat purveyors or owners, and other independent contractors providing accommodations, transportation, and/or other services (“supplier(s)”), and is not the source or provider of the travel services. Each of these supplier companies is an independent entity with its own management, and is not subject to the control of JReam Vacation. Customer is advised that the suppliers whose names appear in travel documentation are those actually responsible for providing the travel services purchased, and consents to the use of those suppliers, and understands and agrees each supplier’s Terms and Conditions are contained in printed form and are set forth on their respective Web sites, which govern the transaction. All bookings are accepted by JReam Vacation as agent for the travel suppliers on your itinerary. The transportation, accommodations and other services provided by the identified sea, ground, and air operator suppliers offered are subject to the terms and conditions contained in the tickets, exchange orders or vouchers issued by them and/or their suppliers, including Terms and Conditions on their respective Web sites. BECAUSE JREAM VACATIONS ACTS AS AGENT FOR DISCLOSED PRINCIPAL SUPPLIERS, AND DOES NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO CONTROL THE OPERATIONS OF SUCH INDEPENDENT OPERATORS AND SUPPLIERS, YOU AGREE JREAM VACATIONS IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, WHICH MAY ARISE OUT OF THESE SERVICES. TRAVEL QUEEN HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LIABILITY FOR ANY DIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, IN CONNECTION WITH THE GOODS OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY ANY PRINCIPAL SUPPLIER BOOKING THROUGH ANTHONY TRAVEL’S OFFICE OR THROUGH THIS WEB SITE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LIABILITY FOR ANY ACT, ERROR, OMISSION, INJURY, LOSS, ACCIDENT, DELAY OR IRREGULARITY WHICH MAY BE INCURRED THROUGH THE FAULT, NEGLIGENCE, WILFUL ACTS, OMISSIONS OR OTHERWISE OF SUCH SUPPLIER, OR OF ANY SUPPLIER OR THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SERVANTS, OR REPRESENTATIVES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THEIR FAILURE TO DELIVER OR THEIR PARTIAL OR INADEQUATE DELIVERY OF SERVICES, FUEL INCREASES, AND OTHER MATTERS OUTSIDE OF TRAVEL QUEEN’S CONTROL, AND YOU HEREBY EXONERATE ANTHONY TRAVEL FROM ANY LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO THE SAME. Weather conditions, including but not limited to the presence or absence of snow, sunshine, and rainfall are not guaranteed to occur or not occur, and are clearly outside of JReam Vacation’s control. Volcanic eruptions, ash clouds, and wind may be characterized as an adverse weather condition or a natural disaster by suppliers and your travel insurance company, which is beyond the control of JReam Vacations. JReam Vacations reserves the right to cancel any itinerary or any part of it, to make such alterations in the itinerary as it deems necessary, and to refuse to accept or to retain as a member of any tour any person at any time. JReam Vacation shall not assume any responsibility for any air and/or ground schedule changes. JReam Vacation has solely received commission and fees for travel transactions and Customer agrees and understands that any recovery from JReam Vacations will be limited to the commission and fees paid by Customer actually received by JReam Vacations.

All service transactions such as Weekend Getaway, Vacay Mode, and Extended Vacay Mode are final and nonrefundable. Unless otherwise defined during the reservation process, final payment is due prior to departure or consumption according to each supplier’s (airline, hotel, cruise line, transfer company, sightseeing operators, and other travel service vendors) terms and conditions involved in your travel booking. If final and full payment is not received by the applicable due date, reservations are subject to cancellation and deposits shall be forfeited. In some cases there is NO REFUND once a booking is made and paid for. Your right to a refund if you change or cancel your travel plans is limited. All cancellation requests must be sent to JReam Vacations debiting in writing. As a result of cancellation, JReam Vacation’s and third party supplier’s cancellation penalties will apply, which are detailed in your travel documentation, each supplier’s Web sites and JReam Vacations. Cancellation penalties are advised at time of booking and provided to you upon confirmation. If you have any questions, or any penalties are unclear, please contact JReam Vacations. All cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card you authorized to pay for travel services, or deducted from the supplier’s refund.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

TOURS: NO REFUND FOR UNUSED ARRANGEMENTS AND MINIMUM PASSENGER REQUIREMENTS

As JReam Vacation’s tour prices are based on contract rates, there will not be any refund for any unused portion of a tour. Some group tours are based on minimum numbers of passengers traveling; if the number of passengers falls below the minimum required, a surcharge may be imposed or the tour may be canceled.

ALTERATIONS TO CONFIRMED BOOKINGS

If you decide to change any portion of your confirmed arrangements prior to departure or during your trip, we will attempt to assist you. Certain bookings may not be able to be changed. All desired changes must be made in writing to JReam Vacations and you will be responsible for all charges and fees for alterations.

PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy“) applies to www.jreamvacations.com  (and its respective subdomains) and the various social networking platforms that we use (each, a “Site” and collectively the “Sites”). The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to disclose to you what information we may collect when using the Sites and in our providing of our Services ( we will refer to your use of the Sites and our Services collectively as the “Services”), how we may collect it, with whom we may share it, and certain other matters related to such information, including the choices you have regarding our collection of information and our use and disclosure to other parties of information we may have collected from you.

The Site is operated by JReam Vacations (referred to collectively in this policy as “we,” “us,” “our” and other similar pronouns). You understand and agree that any information collected via the Site (including, without limitation, personally identifiable information) shall be jointly owned by JReam Vacations.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that we will use your information in the United States and any other country where we operate. Please be aware that the privacy laws and standards in certain countries, including the rights of authorities to access your personal information, may differ from those that apply in the country in which you reside. We will transfer personal information only to these countries to which we are permitted by law to transfer personal information, and we will take steps to ensure that your personal information continues to enjoy appropriate protections. In the course of providing our Services, we collect or receive your personal information in a few different ways. Often, you choose what information to provide, but sometimes we require certain information for you to use and for us to provide you the Services.

In the course of using our Services, we may ask you or require you to provide us with personally identifiable information, which is information that can be used to identify you as an individual or allow someone to contact you in providing our Services, such as:

IP ADDRESSES AND CLICK-STREAM DATA

As is the case with many websites, our servers automatically collect your IP address when you visit our Site, and we may associate that with your domain name or that of your Internet access provider. We may also capture certain “clickstream data” pertaining to your Site usage. Clickstream data includes, for example, information about your computer or device, web browser and operating system and their settings, the referring page that linked you to the Site, the pages, content or ads you see or click on during your visit and when and for how long you do so, items you download, the next website you visit when you leave the Site, and any search terms you have entered on the Site or a referral site.

EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

When you open emails from us, we may receive a confirmation notifying us that you opened the email, if your computer supports such capabilities. We also may keep track of what emails we send you and what emails you may be receiving from our subsidiaries and affiliates. Additionally, we keep a record of what communications you have selected to receive or not to receive. If you would like to opt-out of receiving such emails, please click on the “unsubscribe” link in the email and follow the instructions.

SOCIAL NETWORKING

We maintain presence on several social networking and blogging platforms, such as Facebook and Instagram, and we also incorporate some third party social networking features onto our Site. Through these platforms and features, we receive some personal information and some Site usage information about you, and this Privacy Policy applies to that information as well. We may also include tools on our Site that allow you to share and/or publicly post content or information from our Site to your profile on a third party social network. Third party social networking platforms and blogging platforms have their own privacy policies which explain how they will use, protect and share your information, including any information you share on those platforms from our Site, and we encourage you to read them.
